Abstract

Diabetes is a common disease that occurs at all ages. In this study, a systematic literature search and Meta analysis were performed to investigate the nursing - led home-based management of diabetes. This paper systematically searched for important articles in various search engines with the keywords “PLD”, “glucose control”, “QOL” and “N-HBDMP”. Thirty-five papers were retrieved. Of these, 25 cases were evaluated as of high quality. Due to the high incidence of type 2 diabetes, there have been insufficient studies to recruit samples of people with type 2 diabetes who have multiple risk factors or are dependent on care. Conclusion :N-HBDMP can control the blood glucose level, improve the quality of life of PLD, and reduce the incidence of T2DM, related symptoms and complications.
