Daffeti Mail@author.com
The correlation between motor disorders and communication disorders is still a relevant object of research. The assessment tool whose criteria are based on the sequences of development of skills belonging to the different domains: language on receptive and expressive, social interactions, gross motor skills and fine motor skills, imitation, cognition, and play skills. Several diversified interventions distinguish all the different practices of educational, pedagogical, therapeutic interventions lack the effectiveness of interventions and in particular institutional practices, it is essential to adapt the proposed support to the specific impairment of communication and socialization as well as to the age of development, the relational peculiarities of young autistic children lead to discomfort to the installation of early interactions, generating reactive adaptive disorders that require collaboration and parental guidance in order to promote adaptation.
2022-05-31T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2022 http://8.218.148.162:8081/JISS/article/view/40 Withdraw 2022-06-03T08:54:41+00:00 Parisaux Moquelet Mail@author.com
Withdraw
2022-05-31T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2022 http://8.218.148.162:8081/JISS/article/view/41 An Educational Exploration Based on Psychomotor Intervention Strategies for Autistic Patients 2022-06-03T08:59:08+00:00 Rogers Mathieu Mail@author.com
The competency model is the result of a comprehensive intervention development behavior developed as a method to alter the developmental trajectory of autistic children. The aim was to help children become more socially oriented and develop other skills through social interactions with adults and their integration into a specific educational environment. The intervention is based on the principles of applied behavioral analysis, but aims to teach children skills in an institutional setting [9]. Several areas of development are both stimulate and teach skills taking into account the level of development of the child in each area. Children who participate in the ESDM are assigned a multidisciplinary treatment team that assesses their progress, including individual learning objectives, are targeted during play sessions. The child’s performance and skills are used to assess each child’s progress until they are ready for intervention. A relatively new intervention, so that the whole search examination of its effects is somewhat limited. In cognitive improvement, language, coping skills and diagnosis controlled comparisons did not show gains. The perspectives of our research must be directed towards a promising intervention for young autistic children. Future research should include more methodologically rigorous studies as well as independent replication, reviews of the generalization of the skills taught and direct comparisons. The development of a frame of psychosocial skills that will be oriented to the good management and distribution of the knowledge of the educators in favor of the good integration and good communication of autistic subject.
2022-05-31T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2022 http://8.218.148.162:8081/JISS/article/view/42 Correlation Between Epiphyseal Release of Sliding Femur and Femoral Acetabular Collision 2022-06-03T09:02:38+00:00 Siebenrock JS Mail@author.com
Slipped capital femoral epiphilosolysis is a pathology whose incidence is increasing, therefore the sequelae of this pathology is also expected to increase. Its usual presentation is CAM-type femoroacetabular impingement syndrome and osteoarthritis. The severity of the sequelae is of high impact, as is established in the case described in which the patient has advanced coxarthrosis in both hips. Better diagnosis and management of the pathology is required to avoid the need for arthroplasty at an early age.
2022-05-31T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2022 http://8.218.148.162:8081/JISS/article/view/43 A Single Extended Mesenchymal Stem Cell Therapy for Knee Osteoarthritis 2022-06-03T09:05:15+00:00 Felson Jarrientos Mail@author.com
We hypothesize the use of expanded mesenchymal stem cells combined with platelet-rich plasma has resulted in the resolution of subchondral patellofemoral bone marrow edema and subchondral cysts. However, we need to confirm those findings are consistent in broad randomized controlled trials.
2022-05-31T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2022
