About the Journal

Journal of Law and Economics (ISSN 2709-8133) is an international, cross-disciplinary peer-reviewed journal providing readers with high-quality theoretical and empirical research in which both the legal and economic dimensions. The journal publishes original papers, reviews, conceptual frameworks, book reviews, case studies (including empirical legal studies), as well as empirical investigations on a broad range of topics, including the legal phenomena, interpretation of legal decisions made by judges, courts or regulatory agencies, finance, marketing, world economy and more.

Journal of Law and Economics aims to demonstrate the diversity of law and economics approaches and promote communications around the world. We encourage scientists and legal professionals to publish their experimental and theoretical results in as much detail as possible. Full data and/or methodical details must be provided for research articles. The journal is open for innovative research approaches and methods. There is no restriction on the length of the papers and publication is immediate upon acceptance, following a fast and thorough review process.
